Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product shown in the picture. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions to ensure you receive what you expect.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our online store, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information and confirm your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits, such as faster checkout, order tracking, and access to your order history. Plus, you can save your favorite items and manage subscriptions easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Klarna, Twint and PostFinance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For products in stock packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostPac (The SwissPost) with tracking and drop-off without signature (Monday-Friday).

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
