Shipments and Returns

For products in stock packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostPac (The SwissPost) with tracking and drop-off without signature (Monday-Friday).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

All orders from CHF 100.- are delivered free of charge. If the amount of the order does not exceed CHF 100.-, we will charge you CHF 10.50 for transportation cost.

Return policy

Return period

The customer may return all products delivered from the Koussikou.ch store at his own expense and risk within three working days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons, provided that the goods are complete and in an unused condition and undamaged and in the original packaging.

Return times apply from the date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is authentic.

No right of return

In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer recovery:

damaged items;
product cannot be returned in its original packaging;

Refund

Insofar as the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply.

Full refund at the purchase price:

the item is still in its original packaging which has not been opened and which is not damaged,

Deduction according to the condition of the goods (minimum 10%, minimum deduction: CHF 10):

the item has been opened/used (exceptions: see 2.).

Individual assessment:

the packaging of the item is damaged.

Any item that is returned more than 3 working days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Route de la Combetta, 1782 Belfaux, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
